Andrew Hazen

Founder & CEO

Andrew is a successful entrepreneur and recognized as a marketing expert who just happened to grow up working in the bagel industry. Andrew is leveraging his expertise and promoting the consumption of bagels while also increasing the amount of customers going to bagel stores.

In both 2007 & 2008 the leading full-service digital company he founded was listed on the INC List of Fastest Growing Companies in the US.  Thereafter Andrew successfully sold the business in 2007 to private investors and again in 2011 to a public company.

Adam Rosner

Chief Bagel Officer

Adam is a 5th generation bagel baker born & raised in New York. Adam is also the Founder & Chairman of Bagel Boss which has 20 bagel stores in New York, New Jersey, California and growing. From bagel baking to building bagel stores and catering, Adam is a master and true legend in the bagel industry.

Alex Rosner

Chief Operating Officer

Alex is a 6th generation bagel baker born & raised in New York. Having literally grown up in his family’s Bagel Boss locations Alex knows what it takes to make bagel store owners successful.

Oliver Hazen

Marketing, Technology & Operations

Oliver has bagel dough DNA having literally grown up behind the counter and in the kitchen of Bagel Boss. From hand-rolling bagel dough to setting up online ordering and POS systems to creating highly-engaging TikTok videos, Oliver does it all!

Irvin Brum, Esq.

General Counsel

Irv is a senior partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is chairman of the firm’s Corporate Department, the largest such practice group on Long Island. A trusted business advisor, Mr. Brum personally services some of the firm’s largest public and private clients and is known for longstanding client relationships. Irv Brum’s practice also focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, high technology and emerging growth companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, initial public offerings and debt financing. For many years, Mr. Brum has represented major lending institutions in connection with their lending activities.

Mr. Brum has joined the National Bagel Association as its General Counsel in an effort to assist bagel store operators throughout the U.S. who need representation for leases, employee-related matters, taking on partners and investors, selling the business, etc.
